Arrival and Departure Policy
- Check-In Timings: 13:00 Hours Onwards. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation must be made starting from the previous night.
- Check-Out Timings: 10:00 – 12:00 Hours. Late check-out is chargeable and subject to availability and payment.
- Outside food is not allowed on the premises.
Hotel Policy
- A picture of the guest will be taken via the webcam at the reception for records at check-in.
- Guests must provide their mobile number and official email address.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driving license, passport, voter ID) and a company business card or company ID card must be presented to confirm the booking.
- The meal plan for the selected booking includes breakfast.
- The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age.
- Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years old.
- Extra beds provided will be either a folding cot or a mattress.
- Bookings cannot be canceled on or after the check-in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
- Standard check-in time is 12 PM, and standard check-out time is 12 PM.
- The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
- For any booking updates, the user shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
- Modified bookings are subject to availability and the revised booking policy of the hotel.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Two-wheeler parking is not allowed. Four-wheeler parking is subject to availability and at the owner's risk.
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss of valuables or personal belongings on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund.
- Cancellation before 72 hours of check-in: 100% refund.
- No-show: No refund.
- Booking cannot be canceled or modified on or after the check-in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
